JBJumps delivers throughout most of St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and Franklin County areas.
If you are outside of the delivery area then travel charges may apply.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Creve Coeur. We have two branches:

Do you charge a set-up and/or delivery fee?
Set-Up Fee: No.
Delivery Fee: If your event is out of our delivery area, a travel fee may be added.
Can I reserve a bounce house on a weekday?
Yes, we have both weekday and weekend rentals. However when school is in session, we may have limited availability for weekday rentals.
Are you insured?
Yes, JBJumps is fully insured.
When I reserve my party, is the set-up time included or will you arrive early?
JBJumps typically arrives a half-hour prior to your event start time to have everything ready to go for when your jumping guests arrive. Your time starts when your party starts.
We will return at the end of your booking to breakdown.
Do you deliver to Parks?
Sorry guys, but we do not set-up in parks.
What methods of payments do you accept?
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx
Cash prior to or at the time of Delivery.
When is my payment due?
Payment is due at the time of delivery.
Is supervision required?
Absolutely YES! A responsible adult must be watching the children in the bounce house at all times.
We do offer Attendants (A JBJumps Representative) which are available for an additional $15 per hour.
Is a Deposit required and what happens if I cancel my party?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required at the of booking. Our system stores your information and charges your credit card 10 days prior to your event date. Once your deposit is charged it becomes non-refundable. If needed, due to inclement weather or simply you just need to change your date, your deposit is good for one year to re-schedule your event. Please refer to our Contract Page or the Inclement Weather Policy.
What happens if it rains?

Yes -and they typically book weeks to months in advance.
What if my party is only 2 or 3 hours, can I reserve a bounce house for less than 4 hours and at a lesser price?
Because we travel throughout such a large delivery area, 4-hours is the shortest rental period we offer. We will try to work with you on scheduling for less than a 4-hour time period, but the pricing would remaining the same as a 4-hour rental.
How often do you Clean your Inflatables?
After every use. We will breakdown the inflatable at your event and bring it back to our location to be set-up and properly cleaned.
How big are your Bounce Houses?
Each inflatable is different, the measurements can be found on the Pricing Page under each unit.
Do you have a Contract and Rules or Regulations?
Yes, all can be found on our Contract Page.
Can you set-up the bounce house in my driveway?
The inflatables must be set-up on Grass Only; asphalt and concrete can cause damage to the inflatables.
Do I need to prepare my yard for the set-up/delivery?
Yes. Please make sure all rocks, sticks, sharp objects, and animal waste have been cleared from your yard; we will not set the bounce house up on rocks, mulch, or sand.
Am I responsible for damage to the units while they are in my possession at my party?
This depends -as with anything, normal wear and tear occurs over time, with bounce houses this typically occurs over years.
However if damage occurs to the unit due to failure of following our safety guidelines or negligence, (not turning off the blower in high winds, overloading the bounce house, bringing/wearing sharp objects into the bounce house) then YES, you would be responsible for the damages. Replacing a unit can cost anywhere from $2,000.00 to $10,000.00.
This is why there are rules to be followed which are stated on the Contract Page, are listed at the entrance on each individual unit, and are discussed with you by our trained set-up crew. These rules are for your safety and must be followed at all times.
*If you have any questions about rough housing, flips, or overloading the bounce house which could cause damage: The answer is none of these activities are safe or permitted in the inflatables!
